   Karen McInnis, B.Sc, RRT, R.Ac.

Karen received her Bachelor of Science degree from the University of  Calgary in 1985.  She earned her Diploma in Respiratory Therapy in 1990 from SAIT, and was awarded the Trudell award for outstanding academic performance. In 2002, Karen obtained a Diploma in Traditional Chinese Medicine and Acupuncture from the Alberta College of 
Acupuncture and TCM where she graduated at the top of her class.  She completed advanced training in Chinese Medicine at the Hangzhou College of TCM in China.

Karen has been working in health care since 1990, and integrates both 
Western and Eastern medical knowledge into her treatments.  She 
continues to develop her skills and is certified in:

     - N.A.E.T. (Nambudripads Allergy Elimination Technique)
     -Chinese Herbal Medicine
     -Acupuncture
     -Chinese ear diagnosis and treatment
     -Japanese moxibustion techniques
     -Biomeridian Stress Assessment

In addition to her clinical work, Karen instructs and is a clinical supervisor at the Canadian Institute of Traditional Chinese Medicine.

Karen has recently opened the newest Forever Healthy Clinic in Calgary, AB.
